In 2018, we decided as a family to open a Latin American restaurant, focused on Guatemalan food, in Norwalk Connecticut. We made delicious dishes, with Guatemalan seasoning, each client was delighted. It was such a success that we decided to take our restaurant to Stamford, always in Connecticut.
